The investigation revealed issues beyond typical assumptions like transport or sealing flaws. Instead, the key drivers included:

• Weaknesses in maintenance protocols

• Post-manufacturing inspection gaps

These findings enabled SA Sealing to adjust its operations, guide its clients more effectively, and reduce failure rates — all while restoring confidence in their technical solutions.
