We develop clear project plans, timelines, roles, milestones and delivery structures to ensure every part of the event is managed with precision.
Venue sourcing and coordination
We help identify suitable venues and manage venue requirements, layouts, technical needs, catering, accommodation links and delegate flow.
Delegate registration and event websites
We support the creation of event websites, registration systems, delegate databases, confirmations, attendance tracking and onsite check in processes.
Payment gateway
We provide a payment gateway that is able to collect conference fees in USD / ZAR. Our platform is also able to provide multiple payment options to conference delegates.
Programme and speaker coordination
We assist with programme structuring, speaker liaison, session planning, biographies, presentations, travel coordination and briefing documents.
Abstract and paper submission support
For academic and research conferences, we can support abstract collection, reviewer processes, communication with authors and submission tracking
